We sometimes can find ourselves facing unexpected challenges in our lives. We can experiences shifts in our mood and our ability to cope. We sometimes feel sad, angry, frustrated, or anxious. This can impact our relationships, work, and ability to function. I help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves, help them to develop new approaches, strategies, and skills leading to a higher sense of empowerment and overall life satisfaction.
When issues surface in your marriage, it can turn your life upside down. We often find ourselves arguing and it takes a toll. Communication can suffer, we can begin to feel distant for each other, and hope can fade. It’s often difficult to think clearly, sort everything out, and find your way back to a happy marriage. I help couples to develop insight into their relationship problems, develop healthy communication, coping skills, and improve their overall connection. Area of specialization: sex/intimacy work, helping couples to recover from extra-marital affairs, and to improve desire and overall satisfaction.
In my work with individuals and couples, i combine techniques and strategies associated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Wellness.

Accept out of network insurance with very competitive sliding scale rates based on household income. When possible, insurance claims will be submitted electronically thus reducing out of pocket expenses.
